cheapest atm

noise cancelling won't be better than Sony xm4, but as opposed to other good noise cancelling headphones these ones are rain resistant (also dust resistant but w/e)

if ANC is anything like 75t Elite Active then I am sold

not the cheapest it's been though, FWIW

$227 from Friends of Jabra program if your workplace has access to that

  • I am once again asking, how are the mics on these?

I have had nothing but terrible experience with Sony wh-1000mk3, wf-1000mk3 and Soundpeats true engine and true free. Everyone says I sound either muffled or really far away. Have tried single and double earpiece modes.

Beginning to think I’m just going to have to use a by earpiece like a mid 90s big shot business man.

    • I am always coming across clear on my 75t

      haven't used these yet

    • There's a short youtube review (am I allowed to post links?) with a mic test. Sounds good to me BUT he connects it to his PC using the Jabra Link 370 dongle. I'm not 100% sure but I think the dongle is meant to improve the mic quality plus adding some features (Teams integration). You can get the dongle for ~$79 on Amazon at the moment. There's another review without the dongle but it's hard to compare. It'd be nice if someone had a side by side review with and without the dongle.

  • Owned the 65T for a year or two. Absolutely love them.

Bought these 2 weeks ago (85t), just returned it via amazon.

I think the fit of the 75t is the same as the 65t, but I found the fit of the 85t to be really bad. So easily fell out of my ears regardless of the tip that was on.

Love the sound and what they did, just hated the fit.

    • this is the over ear stuff, 85H, not 85T

85T are a step backwards from 75t, try 75t. they are lighter, and stay in ear very well

      • Sorry, completely missed that.

I'm very tempted to grab the 75t active when they go on special again!

  • These or used refurbished Sony XM3s that might have a chance of being faulty ?

    • +2

depends on what you value more

xm3 have better ANC, support more codecs (aptx)

Jabra are rainproof, have better sound quality (matter of preference though, I like bassy headphones)

I use headphones mostly out and about, so I chose Jabra instead of xm3/4

      • You took me very seriously.

I like you a very much.

  • I've had these about a year and they are awesome.
