      Had a pretty positive experience processing a return about two weeks ago. Booked a return via Parcelpoint and dropped it off in a mailing box. Didn't take too long for money to be processed too.

    Just wondering how quickly after you return do you get refunded? I used ASOS for 8 years, up until end of 2019 / start of 2020 and I used to be refunded within 24 - 48 hours.
    I just returned an order last month, tracking says received at returns warehouse, however ASOS customer service says it now takes up to 21 days to refund after receiving items. Is this normal? 2 weeks and waiting here!

      Did my first ASOS return last week, warehouse literally 5mins away from my house. still waiting for refund. been 3 days since it arrived

        I contacted ASOS and they said they have received my return but it will take atleast 21 days to process refund
