What's Amazon returns policy like ? Obviously would only try on but if I order wrong size, anyone have experience??
You can just return them free of charge if you have not worn them outside.

They claim they are fit to size, so hopefully you just got your normal size.

And amazon support just bailed on me "Let me check what can be done here. " that was 20 minutes ago and still no response.
I restarted chat - nobody responding.
Amazon support is having technical issues apparently - not working (not via phone/chat via 4G nor via pc and regular internet connection).
Had to have them call me back - which did work to get support.
They can't send you the right size for "Colour: black" - so I have to return the item to get my money back.
The size they send is the size you see in checkout (don't process order with 1-click or you don't know which size you will get.)
Basically it's always 1 size smaller, you order 12 US you get 11 US. When you order 10US you get 9US.
Size 12 should be removed from the title as this is unobtainable deal for black colour
Amazon also said they can't order the right size for me (=size 12).
Same thing happened to me. Ordered US11 and got US10. Had a chat with Amazon, in order detail, its says US10 and if I go to return page, it shows US11. Anyway, they send me a return label and said can't send me a right size. However after some negotiation, they are happy to refund the difference if I brought US11 again.
But I could not see any US11 in stock. Dont know what to do. Kogan has the size but bit afraid to buy from them as donot know the quality of their stock.
If you want US 11 and are happy with the black, just place an order for US 12 , those are still in stock and $80
In the final cart during checkout you'll see it becomes US 11M)

Just purchased the US 12 which change to US 11M in the check out option. Finger crossed I got the US11. Thanks Mate for the help
Shoes came today and they were size 11 instead of 12, this is after I cancelled one order over live chat and rep ordered another one size 12 lol.
Lucky they still fit on my brother so will keep them.
