I was about to comment the same thing. I managed to get the Richlands gym to match this offer and paid in full for 15 months. Worked out to about $11.50pw, all clubs access. I would wait until this gym had a similar offer.
I was a Good Life member for around 7 years.
I would always pay a year up front (would never trust a gym with Direct Debit) and negotiate a free month.
Every single year, the 12 months would roll by and they'd claim they knew nothing about the extra free 13th month.
Every time I would have to bring my contract in with the free month written on.
Lesson being, make sure you have everything in writing with this mob.
Note: this was in the mid 2000s to early 2010s. So may be completely different now.

Can you ask head office to do better because this deal is junk.
Read fine print of contract very carefully, this is not a ozbargain, this is simply advertising because of the drop off of memberships because of Covid previously in the area.
Deal so good that i don't want to come out of lockdown!
Imagine signing a 18 month contract to a single gym even without a global pandemic..
