        I was looking for land rover on bigw ebay, but realised you refer only to the truck which is available on ebay bigw, great idea though for those who is looking for other lego set that is already discounted and get further 15% off on big w ebay.

    I even called Big W customer service, waited someone to pickup for 50mins, but they couldn’t help either as they don't have any stock in warehouses. Only pickup from the stores where there’s stock. :-(

    Big W should learn a thing from DJ where you can call any store and order an item and they'll ship it directly.

          Probably two people were trying to order the same item. The other person probably were a little quicker, but the computer were not quick enough to recognised it was out of stock and charged your card as well.
