    Tried to claim today but after logged in Philips AU site and selected the purchased product, it only showed Register My Product page and asked Date of purchase and a receipt (optional). there is no "Online Claim Form" as I expect. Did anyone have the same experience? Where is the claim form?

      The link in the post has instructions and it says you would receive an email from Philips acknowledging your claim.
      If you purchased a qualifying product and haven't received that email, then might have to contact Phillips

        Thanks for the comment. I have followed the link and instructions but there was no "Online Claim Form" during the process, so don't think I have successfully submitted a claim. In fact no email received so far acknowledging they have received my claim, only an email confirming I have successfully registered my product though.
        So wondering anyone has successfully made a claim?
