Is anyone else getting "refunded" for everything they purchase on eBay with the coupon?

I've tried to take advantage of the Afterpay sale but eBay keeps saying "Sorry, your recent payment for the item(s) below did not go through." and Afterpay keeps saying eBay rejected the transaction. I'm well within my transaction limit for Afterpay and the coupon maximum.

Don't know what I'm supposed to do to actually succesfully buy anything on sale.

Is anyone else getting this?

    I got this initially, but I logged out of ebay and afterpay. Logged back into both and cleared my CC details out of afterpay and re-added them and it all worked fine.

      Cant clear the details because they're linked to a purchase :(

    Only if i've paid via voucher or the likes…
    I've never used afterpay, only CC to PayPal on ebay.
    Just challenge it and see if they can refund the original payment method.
    Refunds are meant to be charged back on the same payment method used for the purchase unless it's a goodwill gesture credit of sorts.
