      I'm not going to sign up for the free trial, but I must say that an extra $9.95 charge to stay a customer would be plenty of motivation to cancel before the trial ended.

    I also found Ezyflix mail out your DVDs much quicker than Quickflix do…

      I found the opposite. I used Quickflix for most of 2011 and had really good turnarounds. Especially as you could report that you had mailed off the DVD's and they would send you new DVD's. However, Ezyflix won't send new DVD's until they arrive back. In my trial in January 2012 I only managed to get 4 dvd's (2*2 dvd's) in a 4 week trial. I found them to be amateur hour compared to Quickflix ie less choice, inferior website, inferior packaging, slower turnaround. That was my experience.

        I used Quickflix for most of 2011

        So did I and a few times had to wait 5 business days for my next DVD, even though i had 10 movies in my queue…
        After I complained, suddenly i was getting them next business day for a couple of months before they slowly got worse and worse again, which makes me think that it's a deliberate ploy to save on postage costs…

          I wonder if the turnaround is better if you live in the same state as the head office.Eg Ezyflix is in Vic and Quickflix is in NSW?

      Hi apexplosive - if a title is in your queue it means it's one of the titles that you've requested to be sent to you - on this free trial you will be sent 2 discs at a time of the highest available discs from your queue. Once a disc has been sent you will be sent an email to let you know the disc is on its way - we hope you enjoy your free trial with Ezyflix!

      Hey Tyrus - our trial is for 2 discs at a time, unlimited discs in a month - what this means is we will send you 2 discs from your rent list that we have available, when you return 1 disc another one gets sent out to you. We recommend having at least 20 titles on your rent list to make sure we always have something to send to you - we hope you enjoy your trial and welcome to Ezyflix!

      Hey devang153 - if you register for this free trial nothing is deducted at time of registration but if you continue past your 1 month trial you will be charged the monthly subscription fee of the plan you choose plus one off $9.95 joining fee
