  HFM prices are often jacked up compared to other supermarkets like Woolies or Coles. Unless their items are on sale, it's much better value to shop elsewhere. I would know, I work there.

    I got a $50 off a $200 spend and was thinking of using it just to trial it out (convenience more than anything else). Are the veggies and fruits good quality at least?

      I find the fruit and veg to be excellent compared to Colesworth. You get what you pay for.

      Yeah, I mean the fruit and veg are decent quality, you certainly pay for it though. The grocery items (olive oils, teas, crackers, canned food, etc.) are often cheaper elsewhere though for the exact same product.

    Yeah, HFM always does this for items on special, eg. fruit and veg. They say '4 for $12' and then below that in smaller characters, '$3 each'. It's just a way of getting people to buy more.
