Contact details - If you can't find the business address or contact number of the business you have purchased boots from, who will help you with customer issues.
There are so many sheepskin boots out there claiming to be 100% Australian Made. How can you tell one authentic boot from the rest?
What to ask your retailer when buying your sheepskin products.
Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.
All Ugg Australia® products are 100% Australian made at our factory and ecologically processed at our Roman Tannery in Laverton North, Melbourne.

    Things to consider:
Contact details - If you can't find the business address or contact number of the business you have purchased boots from, who will help you with customer issues. Uhhhhhhhh

What to ask your retailer when buying your sheepskin products. Will you set an unlimited product number and then fail to cap orders for the small business you're providing a platform to sell on, putting them into a state of significant delays, then worsen the problem with a lack of timely updates, misleading emails, and lies about time to delivery?

    • +1

All of these issues have been fixed, we will definitely be capping this and wont allow it to oversell.
Anyone can call me directly on 0499078959, with any issues.

      • OP why is the ian scuff $37 with free shipping on the landing page but then defaults to $89 (50% code +$15 = about $60)

        • It was from a previous deal hasnt updated

          • @Buy Aussie Now: So this is a worse deal … Any chance we could we have the previous deal? Would be keen to buy at that price.

            • @Griefbringer: YES we will run scuff deal again, its a great deal for boots though

  • +3

Some items are cheaper without code. Eg Ian scuff is $37 free delivery.
Using code defaults the item to the original price $89, less 50%, plus delivery $15.

  • It's not $37 when added to cart, free delivery also doesn't seem to be applied despite the product being marked as free delivery:(

  • +4

Description is misleading, some of the prices have been jacked and you can see it in real time.

    • These are $89 on the landing page, then revert to $109 when you click through the item.

    • These are $37 and then revert to $89.

    • This is $69 and then reverts to $165.

If you're going to run a sale and claim 50% off everything, don't do a dodgy and change the price before running that sale. Funnily enough, the bottom 2 are more expensive than what they were before the sale, what a joke.

    • -4

They are not jacked, please compare to www.uggaustralia.com.au
      they are correct RRP

      • +4

Your description doesn't say 50% off RRP, it says "Huge 50% off our entire Ugg Australia range".

Those items are still the lower prices on your landing page and then change once your click through, check yourself.

        • -5

its a tech issue, they are not correct RRP

  • Reading through past posts particularly the beef jerky debarcle. No thanks.

  • "We're Sorry, No result found for 'ugg australia'. Please try another search term…"

  • +2

We get enough posts from Ugg Australia. Not need for another third party to be also advertising their stuff.

I'd recommend everyone have a read through their last post and terrible they interacted with feedback and complaints. Too the point of threatening to refuse refunds.

  • Spam!

  • +2

It's not a "a tech issue" if you jack up the prices and then immediately promote a sale.

    • -2

apologies for the confusion but thats not what we did, the marked down prices on the scuff and rug are from a previous deal.
you will see its a great deal on all other boots. we will run the scuff and rug deals in the future again also.

      • The "50% off RRP" currently in the post title was added by someone else.
Nothing you have posted - except as a reply to an above complaint - indicates or even suggests that the discount is only applicable to RRP not the previous or even current price advertised on your site.

        • ozbargain added that in title, we had a glitch on two items didnt update. Again apologies it wasnt intentional.

  • Bought Uggs via Buy Aussie Now in a previous deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/638186

Took about a month for the product to get delivered. Would recommend people check previous sale threads posted by Buy Aussie Now before pulling the trigger on any of their deals.

  • You would think that they would have learnt from their prior mistakes and rectified these issues by now.

Not only are the delivery issues still persistent, but now they are jacking up prices (see @doweyy's comment above) on these sales..
