I was looking for a decent but a simple digital camera for my mum. I came across this camera for a price of $50 (duty free price) or $55 with GST. 14.1 MP camera, takes good pictures for a day to day use.
In store only I guess. They didn't have many in stock according to the lady who served me. Available in silver, blue and pink.

Thanks. Was looking at this model with Carl Zeiss lens in JB last week for $125 or Target for $115, rather than $55! DS had a cheapie with Sony lens, W510 12.1MP for $77. Not great reviews, but great price.
For $50 ($55) it is "nearly disposable". or a great camera for young kids (10 year olds etc) to use.

A TIP! But, staff were nice. Offered to do a special purchase for me. So bought 1 of the 48 Silver only ones in the warehouse at the $55 sale price (at lunch time in Brissie). Mine will be in store next week. They also threw in a 4GB memory card. (They had offered me any 1 of old stock in a carton FREE, so I tried for the only 16GB card. Worth a try.) Left my name card in Korean.
