Hey guys just my 2cents; I was using a fast original iPhone charger to charge my iPhone 12. The battery health went from 97 to 91 in probably about a month. I’m now back with the slow way. So not sure this fast chargers are good on batteries (and I used original apple one)

    • Just use the 12W one (from iPad). Not too slow like the 5W.

      • I don’t need to charge fast really. I wonder if apple is pushing fast charging to destroy battery sooner. My experience with 20w on iPhone it’s negative

Fast-charge technology isn’t bad for batteries. Fully charged (and fully discharged) batteries, as well as heat, are what degrades the life. Ideally keeping it between 30% and 80% minimises the stress on the battery.

      • Really? Well I am just telling my experience. My 9 months old iPhone 12 only has 91% now, whilst before I was fast charging it was at 97. It only took a month or so for this rapid change.

I’m sure your battery has degraded due to an issue, I just think it’s less likely to be fast-charging that has caused it.
I just had a look and this article looks like it covers it quite well:
          https://www.cnet.com/tech/mobile/does-fast-charging-affect-b…

        • Full discharge and to an extent full charge will shorten battery lifespan.

Because of the voltage fluctuations during fast charging, it's hard to properly measure battery capacity, hence maybe when you charge to 100%, it may only be at 95% so you'll see a faster drop at the start of use after unplugging. That's why modern controllers (like the one in your iPhone 12) will slow down charging when one of the following conditions are met:
          - Under 0-20% (some devices only)
          - Over temp (Normally 34~35'C it starts to taper off my charging on S21 Ultra)
          - At 80% and above (There's also an option to stop charging at 80% on the iPhone I think? based on 'AI' it will charge to full just before you use it. Ask yourself why)

At the end of the day, fast charging and damage is heavily dependent on charging controller on the receiving device and not the charger itself. Had 2 different branded pocket batteries swell up after plugging them into the 96W Macbook Pro charger, but all of my other ones didn't.

    Just purchased 2 pack + 2 cables.
Don't know of "HEYMIX". Will keep this post updated as to quality VS Blitzwolf 3.0 on my table right now.
