I concur, this is a looker.

    • Looks alright for that price
      Some more pics here

Already got a green casio GA2100 don't need another.

  • Cant order, it just doesnt go anywhere from placeorder.

  • Hi HpS81,
let us know if you are having trouble. Some have reported this issue before, it is usaully a required field that is missing/not filled in on the checkout.
We are working on better messaging on the checkout for this issue. Feel free to contact us if you are still having problems.

  • like this one…not sure about an exhibition back on a field watch but whatever, the dial looks sweet

Does seem odd but then again, all clear case backs are kinda useless once you put the watch on, with exception for skeletons.
Once you put a Nato strap on this, then it becomes completely moot XD

  • I have the very similar SSC295P1 variant which has a pseudo-compass and is solar powered. Definitely a looker, and a solid watch without being a horrendously oversized monster.

  • My lord, what a monster. Nice sunburst finish on the dial though, reminds me of the Alpinist.

  • 42mm isn't that big, but you'd have to check lug-lug dimension (more important with bracelets).
Thee design determines how they wear, some look and feel big (my Oris is good for a 43mm and doesn't feel like a 43mm)
Don't think many people would ever use the compass (if it's functional)

i have this watch and the blue variant (which, imo looks even nicer). lug to lug is 50mm. strap is a weird 21mm there's also quite a gap between the strap and the case. i do actually use the rotating inner ring but not as a compass - more like the bezel on dive watches to mark the passage of time.

    • Dive watches are usually the go, but some field watches look alright for something different and usually pretty rugged.

Interesting to know for dive watches - ISO certification says the First 15 minutes on the bezel have to be marked out, also a bit of history with that.

  • Instagram has some decent photos of the watch, especially here: https://www.instagram.com/p/CRTE9mDhYss/
