Best nbn for Terabytes Please Help Me

Good morning everyone I really need your help and advice.

I plan on using 4k Netflix and all my consoles most games require updates of 50gb just to play them..so I'm assuming my data would run into multiple terabytes is there a company that has really high and consistent speeds plus allows constantly using multiple terabytes per month?

Currently on my mobile 500gb goes quickly so I'm hoping I can find a decent NBN plan I think the max I can get is 100mbps but I'll need roughly 2TB a month

Which company has the best speeds bandwidth at all hours everyday but mostly in the evenings???

For reference I'm in Adelaide within 10kms of the CBD

Aussie Broadband. You get what you pay for.

They're not cheapest but have consistently high speeds all day long, no peak throttling, unlimited usage (several TB a month is fine) and have their own dedicated network with CVC that is adjusted throughout day to ensure that remains the case.

  • Telstra, Optus, TPG, Aussie, iiNet,

Jesus….it's not complicated. All the same shit on the NBN.

You're not doing anything special with the internet. Just get whatever plan is available to you on any of those I listed.

4k Netflix and all my consoles most games require updates

        Cutting edge…..O.o

Sure, if you want the worst deal possible, go with those companies.

        • It's not all the same stuff, the ISP has control over how congested CVC/Peering/Upstream/IX are.

  • If you can get 100Mbps or not depends on the type nbn available at your premises. Do you have FTTN, FTTB, FTTC, FTTP, HFC?

    • NBN100 FTTC

      • 100Mbps is the FTTC maximum. Do you care about upload? 20Mbps vs 40Mbps?

        • Not really just want to be able to stream 4K Netflix etc

I used TPG. They have unlimited data on their plans.

  • I do TBs every month on TPG no issue.

  • No problem with superloop whatsoever.

Can I use an fttn modern for fttc

  • I wouldn't recommend mate as there were frequent dropouts but experiences varies. I usually jump telecoms from one to another to get 6 months discount
