      This deal is only valid to new shoppers to them so the loyal customers that regularly shop with them will not get a discount. They pay full price. This is the reason I negged it.
      I think that's a fair reason.

    Try Purina Supercoat. Very similar to Hills and much cheaper. Made in Australia too so you're not shipping pet food from OS.

    One thing that annoyed me about Hills was every few years they'd change their loyalty program so you'd lose any points you had - basically a con.

  Any recommend an avg price for dog food? ive got a jackapoo (jack Russell mixed with Poodle) little thing is picky, is ok on woolies dried food, but every 3rd day give it canned food, about 200grams (Pedigree) $1 per can @ Costco. I was wondering about this pricy stuff, any good? shinier coat or just more marketing?

  Science Diet is full of fillers. If you are thinking about buying it I recommend you do some research and put your money towards dog/cat food that is actually good for your pet. The first ingredient should be meat! not corn-meal or meat by-product.

    Our dog suffers from itchy skin and we've tried Hills Prescription Diet Z/D Ultra Allergen Free with no results.

    Worth trying the Hills Science Diet Sensitive Skin or can you suggest something else?

      I feed my dog a mixture of ZiwiPeak http://www.ziwipeak.com.au/ and Earthborn http://www.earthbornholisticpetfood.com/international/

      Your dog could be allergic to a grain like wheat or corn which is present in most of the standard dog foods.

      Petshops that stock earthborn normally have decent sized sample packs for $3 if you want to try them out.

  This is not really cheap. Most of my local vets have the same products for around the same price or cheaper, even taking the 10% discount into account.
