  yep, as dumb as they come.
  I have one of these, got it during an ebay tuesday sale. Pretty average value to be honest.
  I can see why people say they wish they paid more for a better model with room scanning, etc.

            @ccrap: No, I have a very similar one though, I only use the vacuum function, it's great. I flog it 3 times a week for a year and it's going strong

  Thanks, I just bought another…. I already have 2! These do a decent job if you have hard floors and pets. IMO that’s good deal at that price.

  I have had 2 of these, both did a great job for the price for a period of time. Unfortunately one broke after 12 months and the other after 6 months. Complicated process to try and get a refund.

  I have the deebot 600 from the $100 jbhifi sale from earlier this year. It's one step up from a bag of bricks in terms of smart, but for my small place it keeps the floors clean and saves me from doing a 15 minute vacuum once a week.
