  Tried to buy 2 bottles of laundry detergent from iHerb twice. Twice was returned to sender due to damaged packaging. At least refund was straight forward but iHerb is a waste of time.

    Sounds like you are unlucky.

    We've been receiving iHerb deliveries of predominately vitamins at least one a month for years and never had an issue with damaged goods. Glass bottles are even wrapped individually in bubble wrap.

      Seems that way maybe its dry goods vs liquid detergent. Glad you had some better experiences with them.

    I have been ordering body wash, kids shampoo and a variety of oils from iherb for years. Never had an issue. Bottles lids are taped and each is indiviually packed in a clear plastic bag.
