I've been the leading run scorer for my club and in my grade the last 2 years using a Kinetic 5000. I tore the grip after 3 games but have had no other issues. Bats are a personal thing, but I like the Kinetic and would probably buy another one if they had any in long blade.
Mine was bought from Chappell's cricket centre for about $330 and not $425 though.
