Hi, a friend in the UK wants to give me 50 pounds and am wondering what is the best way to transfer 50 pounds from their UK account to my AUS account.
I have an ING bank account and Paypal.
Is there a quick and easy way with minimal fees?

I think that is a good idea, or OP could nominate a different (digital) gift card for their friend to buy.
We usually buy gift cards (for people in the UK) for restaurants, etc.
Good way to pay your taxes too.

I remember that trick question from Form 1 maths about 60 years ago!!!
As I recall, the question was - "which is heavier, a ton of feathers or a ton of bricks". Every kid in the class got it wrong! Our maths could only improve from that day on - though mine didn't sadly. Maths has always been my bete noir.
