Just received in an email. Nice surprise on a Wednesday night. News article.

I was lucky enough to see it in the cinemas between lockdowns, but will be great for people who have been stuck in lockdown who have waited so long to see it.

Users who wish to block "Additions to Subscription Services" can do so by adding SUBS to their deals customisation. * Xbox Game Pass, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus etc. are considered additions to subscription services.     This is not a bargain at all….. but blatant advertising for the Disney +. It’s disappointing that 294 morons where unable to differentiate between the two….. This should be moved to the Forums page and not on the deals section.

          Previously had posted that this isn't a deal, but it looks like the mods have given us the ability to block this kind of thing by removing SUBS (see main body of post) so removing neg and will filter content like this out via that method. :D

          This movie is still in the cinemas and wasn't expected to be streamed yet. It was a surprise announcement by Disney Plus obviously to bump up subs. I'm not seeing the same hate for titles added to XBox Live.

          More to the point - why do I have to defend my point of view against being called a moron by someone who can't filter a Subs post

        The fact that you "dunno" but do know that they're streamers tells me you know. Why wouldn't you assume they were actors? Do you have the same reaction to news reporters in movies?

          If I know what pewdiepie is for example and its clear these people sitting in exactly the same kind of set ups, they must be streamers no? But I can't tell you who every single one of them they are by name.

            @dbmitch: I think the difference between them, and Bugs, is that Bugs is one of the stars, like Ryan Reynolds. I have no idea who any of the basketball players are, but if they're black, 7' tall, and can't act, I assume they get paid millions to play basketball.

            No idea if there are any cameos in Space Jam, but that would be a more accurate analogy than Bugs. The streamers barely took up 5 mins of screen time.

    Took my kids to see this at the movies last week. Didn’t know it was coming to Disney+ so soon.
    My 8 year old who gets bored in every movie he ever watches, sat still the entire time and said it’s the best movie he’s ever seen. I enjoyed it too. Absolute win as a family show to watch

    I really enjoyed this movie. Even more surprising, my wife really enjoyed it too.

    I don't think the comparisons to Ready Player One are relevant - it shares a couple of themes, but it's very much a different movie.

      I dont get why people are comparing it to ready player one, they are both completely different movies. Just because they're both based on video games, doesn't mean they have to be compared. It's stupid.

      Just like media compares actors, singers, designers etc… like geez, have something better to do with your life.

    Good movie, fun for the family.

    Love the megaman gun easteregg. Also the movie could have done without "ninja", he's so…. arrogant and racist.
