  4k @ 30Hz is stuttery when playing YouTube videos.
  Even though these are geared more towards office use cases, sometimes you do need to play YouTube content.
  My personal experience with 30Hz YouTube playback has been poor.

  Any USB C hub with multiple USB C connections?. The ones I can find only have 1 USB C port, which I end up using for the power, so there is nothing left for other devices.

    Hello! I had the same issue as you, wanting to find a USB C hub that had multiple USB C connections. After some long digging, I found a couple options.
    In this deal from Haribol, the 8 in 1 hub and 6 in 1 hub have 1 USB C for charging only and 1 for data only.
    This Lention hub also has 1x data and 1x charging USB C, but has more USB A and less other options. This HDMI can only do 4K 30hz, compared to 4K 60HZ of the Haribol hubs
    This SSK hub and this Simplecom hub are more minimal with only 2x USB A and 2x data USB C ports. No charging on these.
    Another SSK hub has slightly more ports, with an extra HDMI (4K 30hz), but has 1x data and 1x both charging and data USB C port.

    I ended up buying the Haribol 6 in 1 hub as those two hubs were the only ones that had a 4K 60hz HDMI port (your device needs to support Displayport 1.4 alt mode ocer USB C for this to work).
