I know this is a bit of a work around but:

Use a VPN and put it as India

Create an EPIC account.

The game comes out to be ~$12.50

I pay via my ANZ bank card, not PayPal. Not saying PayPal won't work, I just think it's less chance of EPIC finding out.

I've purchased heaps of cheap games on my EPIC account since May-2020, no problems/bans has occurred.

Another disclaimer: There are other countries that have some games cheaper, eg. VPN Russia or Argentina, but really depends on the game. Keep in mind one country per EPIC account, you can't mix countries on the same account.
