  Not a bad idea, I'm just average height but shits me when the jeans are always too long and require cutting or rolling up. It's not very common in Australia to get a choice of lengths (it's usually just 30W/32L etc). Managed to find some G-star on Amazon with sensible length (30/30) but hard to find in general.

  Tailor charges about $30 these days if you want to keep original hem. Was good in Asia, free alterations at UNIQLO.

  Hmmm just what I need, as if my height wasn't indicative enough, I now have a brand telling the world that I'm short.

    That's what you usually have to do:
    Shorten Hem Plain $20.00
    Shorten Hem Reattach $29.00

    or just roll them up like one's mum did in grade 5
