Hi ozbargain!

I'm from Samurai Punk, a local indie game developer from Melbourne! We've released a new game today on Switch and Steam called "TRIOS - lofi beats / numbers to chill to"!

It's a minimalist maths puzzle game, that was designed to make maths puzzles fun and accessible to all. If you've ever thought "I'm not a maths person", this game is dedicated to you. We've found that the game is great for young kids and the elderly in particular, so it could be a fun game to play together with the family.

    Samurai Punk are great folks! Screencheat is a really fun party game. I met one of the developers a few years ago at PAX when they were demonstrating Feather. Hung out with them in a line and chatted whilst I played Feather on their switch.

    Happily purchased this game.

    This is really cool, nice little daily puzzle sort of thing. Gives me the vibes that you feel when you're playing Mini Motorway or something like that

      Thanks, that's Mini Motorways is a great game, so that's high praise! ^_^ We designed our Infinite Mode so that you'll always have new challenges so there's a reason to come back regularly.

    Nice work! will check it out with the kids and also good way for me to do some mental gymnastics, cannot work out anything without a calculator these days!

    Hi… I just bought on switch. But it seems I can only play on handheld? It loads up fine in docked. Then asks me to do the 1 2 operator test, but the controls dont respond? Anyone else have this issue? Would love this game on Android :)

      Hey thanks for picking up the game! Seems like you hit a bug, sorry about that! For now, you could try:
      - Close the game. Dock the console, and then open the game while in docked mode.
      - Complete the tutorial in handheld mode. Close the game, and then dock the console re-open the game in docked mode.

      Hope that helps, we'll see what we can do about the bug!

    Bought. Looks perfect for my son to help him with his Math. Is there a way to add users so both my son and I can play but at our own set difficulty?

      Thank you! If you're on Switch, you can create a new user on the Switch. If it's on Steam, you'd have to make a different user and then do family sharing, which is a bit more complicated.

      What I'd recommend is playing the Infinite Mode, which will allow you to set a starting difficulty when you begin that session. It'll reset the difficulty when you close and re-open the game, so depending on who's playing you can set the challenge to whatever you'd like.

    Looks really cool! Seems perfectly suited as a mobile game as a way to kill time commuting. Almost like the 'train game' where you need to choose the correct opperators/order to make the 4 numbers in a train carriage equal 10.

    Any plans to make a mobile version?

      Thanks! In terms of a mobile version, we would like to, although the harsh reality is that it's realy hard to sell premium games on mobile, the market is dominated by free-to-play games. We'd love to do it, but we'd have to find a way for it to make financial sense for the studio. Playing the game on Switch + touchscreen is similar to a mobile experience though!

          Thanks for understanding! We're still hoping for the possibility of mobile, so hopefully this version does well enough that we can invest into some mobile ports and marketing.
