New promotion released from Uber Eats, doesn't seem to be targeted from what I can tell.

Stacks with other promotions which are store specific. Supposed to be for an invite friend feature but seems to work on any orders.

Excludes services fees, they are added on top.

Limited to the first 50,000 of users who apply the promo code on the Uber Eats app. You may redeem this Offer once only. You must apply the promo code before placing your order to redeem this Offer. Subject to stock, operating hours and availability of participating merchants in your area via the Uber Eats app. This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time. Valid in Australia where Uber Eats is available. Offer expires at 11.59pm AEDT on 21 October 2021, unless withdrawn earlier.

      Looks like you invite another person, then they can input their order/customise the order? Though OP says it seems to work on any order.

      That's what the email says, but the promotion applies fine to an individual order.

          No need to apologise, they might fix it soon as I'm guessing it's not intentional, but I can't see where the invite system exists so it most likely will work for individual orders for a while.

            @doweyy: If you click on a restaurant, in the top right corner, there's a dropdown menu next to the heart/favourite button where you can select "group order".

      Yeah well i find uber miles better than menulog. Literally the absolute dregs of customer service at menulog. with uber you might pay more, but if your food is wrong or something you click 3 buttons and instant refund.

      At menulog you have to bargain with them and then they will give you some $5 voucher that expires in a month so you have to use their terrible service again.

        100% agree with Menulog. It's like they aren't even trying to provide a service anymore. Something wrong with your order? If you can find the section to get help, it simply says to call the restaurant. If not satisfied with their solution, you can send an email to support (which takes approx. 3 days to respond).

        In saying that Uber is way too pricey now, so I order direct unless there's a good promo.

    The code worked but waited an hour and a half for delivery when its normally around 40 minutes.
    Uber eats are the worst. remember why I stopped using them.
    Even gave the job to a cyclist (after 1st driver cancelled), who then delivered to another house along the way.
    All on a wet night. Uber eats never again.
