Didn't work despite meeting the terms.
This entire deal has been pulled early by DoorDash. I claimed one of the vouchers when originally offered but could not use today. Contacted DoorDash who said that promotion only ran until yesterday. Lies! I have a screenshot of the t&c.

In my Shopback app it says “campaign ends in 10 hours” Someones dropped the ball. What a waste of time.
Messaged all the ShopBack reps @gotyourback etc and no response whatsoever. Got onto DoorDash customer service and they eventually gave me $15 credit. I showed screenshots of voucher and t&c.

Yep, just needed to do the same. They initially stated finished 3/10/2021. I was able to show screen shot of dates advertised and they pulled through. Must admit over having to always do codes through customer service rather than promo code box
Same here as well - Doordash customer service added $15 credit to my account for my next order. Had to upload screenshot of voucher and T&C. Took about 20mins though as the first rep had to pass me onto someone else (but at least explained the situation)

Same still have code showing 4 hours to go before the code will expire on ShopBack but not valid on doordash. Never had good experience using promo codes on doordash.
Just contacted them and told them the issue. Had to push and provide screen shot proof. Got credited $20 for my troubles. Highly recommend chatting to them.
Also opened chat. sent screenshot. Got $20 credit.
I also can't use the 15% off one they emailed me yesterday, and they said they will credit me again if not working.
Seems targeted? Or maybe already expended? I can't see any promo codes or anything through ShopBack for DoorDash, only the $2 cashback for existing and promos for new customers.
