20x flybuys bonus points is equivalent to 10% back (possibly 10.5% including base points) on top of 20% cashback.
It is the FCL's wording that may cause misunderstanding. Bonus usually means something on top of the base offer which is 1 point per 1 dollar spent. The initial version was 10% mentioned only.
not as good as the 2000 points on $50 shop, unless you buy more than $100 worth
The best cashback rate @ that time was only 10%.
I mean when there are the usual 20% cashback deals at the same time. I try and time my buy ups to those, but the 2000 points deal hasn't been on very often lately and usually only for a day or 2 rather than a week as normal….so those deals haven't been syncing lately.

When I click on the terms an conditions it just goes to a page with 4 bottles of wine.
The last time I purchased from FCL via the shopback app during a 20% cashback promo, the sale didnt track.
I submitted a claim ticket. It got approved….. for the regular cashback cash back rate :-/
If the purchase is not auto tracked but added manually, it is more likely to be declined later. If it is approved instantly after enquiry, it is usually cashback site's courtesy.

Flybuys are actually worth 9.5%. You get 20x in total - but you would have got 1x anyway. Offer doesn't say 20x bonus points, it says 20x points. So 19 x 5/1000 x 100 = 9.5%. OP should update header, even though only 30 mins left for Shopback part of deal. My wife got the extra 19x on 2 bottles of Veuve Cliquot - which is not on the list of products when you click the flybuys banner. However, I only got 7.84x points on 2 bottles of Tequila. Go figure. I'm going to call Flybuys and query - horrible process they have, that you have to phone, should be able to lodge query online.
This is pretty average deal but it's still the best liquor offer for the long weekend.

I received the bonus FB points but not the original. That is I received 19x $ amount, not 20x $ amount.
