I don’t know if restaurants have a say in these codes/coupons or not, but I noticed sometimes the code will not work on the same joint that accepted it 2 or 3 days ago.

Does the restaurant lose money with these codes?
The standard flat commission is 13% of the order value, but the coupon usage specifically doesn't get passed onto the restaurant - menulog covers the cost of it.

Because it's applicable for pick up orders also from those restaurants who deliver Menulog orders themselves

If you can pick it up, its actually a great discount. The last few times I got this, I was getting a curry from a place near me on my way home from work.
