  Don't really understand the appeal with this…Spent much less on both a 180" projector for a theatre room and screen, and also much less on a good quality 85" Sony for high ambient light. Either option much better value depending on use case.

    This thing makes an 85" look like a toy.

    The appeal is it is the biggest 4K commercially available TV under $6k.

    Sony have a 4K 100" in the USA - it is $20,000 USD….

    Bang for buck it's good value.

    Size matters…

      I just think if size is the main priority go to a 150" projector (which could easily scale anywhere between 100" and 150") and spend the savings on blockout curtains, etc… If size isn't the priority there are much better TVs around the 85" mark. To each their own.

  just went to HN to see it in person. it's HUGE!
  PQ is quite good but I thought the TCL 100" is better (more expensive though).
  Maybe because the demo playing on the Hisense is shit

    Do you know if this will mount on a standard single brick wall? Or do you need special re-inforcement etc?

      I’ve seen it in person it doesn’t have a lot of dimming zones.
      I also have an 85” Q8 and they are worlds apart in picture quality.
      I’d highly recommend the Q8 for HDR and picture quality all day, plus it’s a lot cheaper.

      When the truck arrives soon I’ll be posting a VLOG on the channel.

        Cheers, looks like I won't be getting a 100" TV lol. I have a 65" Q8 in my bedroom. Really happy with it but like you said, it has very very few local dimming zones and massive amounts of blooming. Knew that going into it though so I'm not disappointed. Look forward to the video anyway. Curious to see how it turns out. Good luck.
