    Thanks, just purchased both your blends to test.

    Would you suggest either for pour-over? Do you roast for different styles of prep or all the same?

    Thanks so much just saw your order come through and we are on it :)

    We do actually have different roasting profiles depending on the style you have ordered.

    For pour-over/filter I would recommend Sooga or the Decaf over Mellow Moon.

    Personally I love Mellow Moon for Espresso. But it would still taste great for pour-over. But I believe the others are more well suited for it :)

    All of are coffee is finished roasting before the second crack. The darkest we go is Medium Dark to maintain fruity flavors and acidity.
