      I've been watching RMs deals for the last year or so, and they don't seem to go sub-400 any more now the RRP got hiked so quickly (2-3 years ago the DFO seconds were $350, but now they're $450, following the RRP increases). Happy to be proven wrong! (well sad because it means I missed out)

        Got one pair of comfort craftsman 4 months ago from iconic when they matched Allingtons deal then I applied a birthday code. Final price was AUD357, I think I've done well but some people got a pair for AUD250 from David Jones clearance sale though, so you might want to keep an eye on that

          thanks! will keep an eye out. DJs only sell D width for womens boots and sizes too large in mens boots (standard mens width = wide womens width), so I think I am ruled out of many of the deals.

    Got the leather sole ones years ago from DFO for about $350 I think, remembered they were jacking the price pretty fast twice a year.

    Kind of wish got the comfort ones and wider, took at least 6 months to wear in and still smashes the small toes a bit.

    If you want the RMs but they don't have your size you can purchase any size online and swap them in store without issue. As long as it's in perfect condition and still in store it's in their policy to exchange them.

          Different product but when they had the free crocodile belt promotion a few years ago I bought one off Gumtree for $100 and swapped it for the correct size at a store.

          I just told them I got it as a gift and they didn't realise how fat I was.

        Nope.

        I bought mine from the iconic website and took them to an RM Williams store.

        Told em it was a gift and didn't have receipt. The guy ummd and ahhd and said they might need one but they will check. He checked with the manager who said it's not an issue. As long as it's in perfect they can exchange it regardless of where it is purchased. He even pointed out the seemingly unimportant sticker which he said was from the iconic.

        In any case, iconic has good return policy so give it a go, nothing to lose.

      Thanks mate, BEICONIC75 worked for me just now on a pair of CCs (new account but didn't stack up with the $20). Cashrewards also tracked so bringing total to $341.25. Even if rewards gets declined I'm still happy with the $371.25. As mentioned, anything under $400 is a deal these days.

      For anyone wondering about RM sizing, the half sizes go up in width but not length.

      Arrival date is this Friday, just in time for a walk to the local to enjoy some Sydney FREEDOM.

              @dracothraxus: Difference is around half a cm in length. Width for me feels about the same. I got sized 10.5G in a RMW store and I bought my first pair in that size and I've had nil issues with wearing. But the 10H feels a better fit and that's without breaking my new ones yet.

      You need to measure around the widest part of your foot. So take the measuring tape and loop it around the wide part of your foot.
