      ditto, and i've had service troubles with COTD before. Haven't been back since.

      edit: just so it isn't slander. I bought 4 mini alarms and 2 were broken and 1 was faulty. They said they'd give me a coupon code to use and when that didn't work (twice) they started to get pissed and ended up giving me a coupon wailingwalugi. Pretty tight arse if you ask me.
