    I have two of these and they work great. Charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max quite quickly while I listen to music. My previous wireless charger didn’t even hold my iPhone at a steady charge while I had music on - I think this wireless charger dissipates heat well.

      They are not, I have ordered from these people almost a month ago and it has not arrived yet. Contacted them and apparently my parcel was lost in transit and they sent a new one but there is no tracking order provided. Suggest staying away from this vendor.

      What kills Li-On battery is the stress factor when it is constantly connected to a charger when the battery is at 100% full. Not sure if all modern devices have them, but the later iPhones and MacBooks can slow the charge rate overnight so it doesn’t sit there connected to charger at 100% for long period.

      Also battery depleted and stays at 0% for long period has that effect too.

    Hi all, below is my experience of purchasing an item from this site:

    1. The shipping will take long around 6 weeks time. The item will be mostly shipped from ShenZheng, China.

    2. Please use Paypal to avoid any payment headache. Something like this occurred previously:

    1. I bought S21 ultra case from them and the quality is ok. I cannot comment on wireless charger as I haven't purchased from them previously.

    2. Their customer service did reply my email when I was questioning the item. So at least you can expect someone to reply you instead of receiving no reponse.

    Overall, it's your choice.

      I've ordered the hair clipper and the s21 case both took around 3wks to arrive with tracking numbers.

        This is not correct. Your website is posting full card data and CVC to both api.stripe.com (good) and to www.esrgear.com (very bad).

        It should only be posting to api.stripe.com. This is not PCI compliant.

        Either the malware is still there, or your developers have done this (accidentally or on purpose).
        Whatever the reason - it must be fixed. It is not safe to submit card details here.

    One of worst shipping time ever . 6 weeks to arrive for the esr “Apple Pencil” thru Amazon channel . Not recommended.

      I ordered on 19th - shipped on 21st and received end of last week.

      Was pleasantly surprised with how quick it came given the comments above - charger also looks and works great!
