    We can't drink at cafes anymore bc we have tasted the best and nothing compares…

      This wonderful Single Origin is grown near Cali in Colombia. All the other pertinent info such as growing altitude, flavour notes… are all listed on the product page on our site, I've also listed them below for ease of reference :)

      Score = 86/100

      Aroma = Dark Cherry

      Sweetness = Brown Sugar

      Acidity = Green Apple

      Type = Arabica-Castillo

      Grown = 1900m

      Process = Washed - Clean with Medium Body/Mouthfeel

      Brew Method = Espresso or Filter - Omni Roasted

      Beverage Base = Black or White - Deliciously Sweet Black, Enough Oomph to Cut Through Milk

    What would be your recipe recommendation for cold brew?

      Woot Woot for "so darn good," thank you truly for such awesome feedback and your continued order, both of which really do mean so much to us!

      In terms of ratios I'd recommend 6g of medium coarsely ground coffee per 100g (ml) of filtered room temperature water. Of course you can use chilled water to speed up the cool down, I have just personally found more optimal flavour extraction using room temperature water and chilling after extraction, as opposed to extraction using chilled water.

      Spot on with your first question/interpretation, just select Australia Post shipping during this deal and we'll take care of the rest. Please note a Courier's Please selection or delayed dispatch request will not result in the free Express Post shipping upgrade.

      The Express Post option at the higher price is there because it is now an ongoing option available moving forward after this deal ends, also we do have some customers who prefer to pay full price and will actually remove the discount code before they checkout… different strokes.

          Doesn't happen too often during a deal, but it does happen a few times and we get surprised every time it happens. We also get some people emailing that they have taken up the deal offer, paid for Australia Post shipping but don't want the upgrade to Express Post.

          I wasn't saying it's right, wrong or indifferent, I was just answering why the Express Post price is live during this deal when regular Australia Post gets an auto upgrade. I know people living in countryside and on farms who aren't too keen on getting discounts, think it's a mini niche group, like I said different strokes :)
