Old Promo Ended 11 Oct - Free (?) Sendle Label via eBay

Heya,

I'm just double checking my bad memory with the community.

I sold a couple of things on ebay end of sept, start of Oct.

I distinctly remember that when I went to buy sendle labels for these two items to send. It said free sendle labels, offer valid until 11 Oct. (I remember it was free because that prompted me to go change another listing to free delivery).

But I didn't take screen shot or anything.

Anyway, ebay have charged me $5 per label. So now I'm doubting if I remembered correctly.

Does anyone remember the same promo during that time?

It's not linked to Ebay Plus or any targeted promo, because I don't think I got any email. It was just an option that appeared on the label courier selection when buying a label after making a sale.

    Anyway, ebay have charged me $5 per label. So now I'm doubting if I remembered correctly.

    For my account, this was the deal I was offered….. $5 per label.

    I believe way way way back when Sendle first came out as a option they offered the the FIRST label free, but I didn't take them up on that in time and when I went to use them, it was $5/label.

    However now all items I am selling on eBay are showing free shipping with Sendle?! "FREE SENDLE LABEL FOR EBAY PLUS MEMBERS"

    If that was the case, then there was no actual promo for it. If you don't have a screenshot of the print postage label screen it would be hard to get eBay to do anything.

    I WOULD DETER ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS FROM USING THIS SERVICE. Their so called - CUSTOMER SERVICE is practically non existent ……. I have been deterred, mislead, & deceived by this inferior company. I have tried to contact a manager several times to try & discuss about the discrepancy - but no manager has had the decency to reply back to me ……. my case has gone on for a nearly a month. Therefore, I am about to cancel my Sendle account.
    How do these companies survive ??
