  For those wondering, these certainly punch above their weight but mine had bluetooth connectivity issues which turned them into a dud and it's quite a common occurrence

      the left and right buds won't pair together. and yeah I have tried resetting. Mine refuse to pair together unless I reset (holding down on the touch controls for 10 seconds). Turning off and turning back on.

  My pair from amazon had issues with the control buttons out of the box. Would much rather a no fuss claim/ warranty procedure through there.

  Shitty connection
  Annoying to turn off/ skip songs, etc with the touch controls
  Decent mic
  Good battery

  When they work, they're great. But as others have said, every 3-4months I have to re-pair them which sucks when you're out and about.
