Looks just like all the other circa $100 rebadged sound bars.

does not have HDMI, you would want HDMI ARC… well at least I would

I bought it. Returned it in less than a day. The "subwoofer" is rubbish. No bass at all. You're better off getting a Logitech 2.1 PC speaker set or something.

@flaminglemon thanks for your public service.

      • No worries. I watched some reviews on YouTube before buying it. They didn't seem that bad, and neither did the comments on Amazon. A few mentioned the lack of bass. Buyer beware, I guess. You get what you pay for. I ended up getting Logitech's Z313. I put the subwoofer inside my TV unit so it amplifies the bass.

Maybe my soundbar was bad… but it was totally unlike whatever the comments and reviews said.

    • This yamaha or a sony hts100f?
Hts100f is supposed to be good for getting clear voice from an open plan living room.
Any idea what return are like for this yamaha one through amazon?

      • I'm not sure about Sony since I haven't used it. But Im pretty happy with my Yamaha Sound bar- Its great for family parties with a decent backyard. Bass is awesome

        • Ok thanks, im not fussed about bass, more just want to hear dialog well from a poo blaupunkt tv, i have 5.1 audio in other room setups for bass and cinema. But this is the main living area so it can get noisey and hearing dialog gets hard

          • @Silent-zai: I understand - May be head down to jb hi fi and listen to both of them to get some idea and then you can decide which one to go with.

Yamaha has no USB BTW - just HDMI and Bluetooth

    • I wonder if I should go with that one or go a bit higher for the SR-B20A.
Both seem to be pretty similar but the SRC20AB more compact.
