How are they able to tell that you’re dining on rooster ? Would this not work for all Menulog transactions ?

    • Very good point

    • -1

99.99% they wouldn't be able to. I don't get the offer though, otherwise would be happy to test it for u :)

    • Hmm interesting

    • +9

… because menulog tells them due to the commercial arrangement that makes this possible

I'm pretty sure this can be used for other restaurants. I did that twice. The offers were HungyJack via Menulog.
      Hope this help.

I got an Oportos deal instead

Didn't get this offer sadly, not like I can do much with it anyway since I got my wisdom teeth removed recently :/

  • I got the $30 off $40 spend, Oporto via menulog

  • Mine is for oporto

  • +2

Chicken Treat, Oporto and Red Rooster have same owner.. and they probably all use Commonwealth Bank banking services in their stores :)

Just wondering does delivery fee and service fee count towards the spend?

    • Same question 🙋🏻‍♂️

    • You find out?

Does delivery fee and service fee count towards the spend?

  • Tried the fried chicken at RRs the other day. Was salty AF - both the chicken and me for subjecting my taste buds and kidneys to the salt load. Honestly dunno how this joint still exists…

  • Can anyone tell me if cashrewards offers can be used in conjunction with offers from commbank rewards? If I use kogan through cashrewards for 2% cashback will it still stack?

  • Can we use this on any restaurant on Menulog ? Did anyone get the cash back after doing so?

  • Can this be combined with the $6 off?

    • I combined it with 20% off cashback at cashrewards on Monday. Yet to see any cashback from Commbank yet

      • Same. Still no cash back from Commonwealth.

  • Does the '$40 spend' refer to the subtotal at menulog or does it refer to the amount that we got charged with on our commbank account? and can I purchase it using a paypal account that is linked to commbank or do we have to use commbank card directly?

    • When American express has these types of offers you cannot use 3rd party payment method so so Paypal.

      • I see, thank you. Do you by any chance know if the '$40 spend' refer to the subtotal at menulog or is it the amount that we got charged with on our commbank account?

        • I think that it would be the amount charged on your comp bank account because this is what they see. Otherwise, every person claiming this deal would have to communicate with comp bank to prove any additional spend. Not practical.

Did anyone order at another restaurant through Menulog and still got the credit?
