    I thought the same thing but the link kosh shared is just a generic link to complete entry form. Doesn't appear to having any tracking associated with quiz result.

I can understand data gathering including name, phone number and postcode but I fail to see why they require my full residential address.

    Name, phone number and postcode do exactly that - there is no reason for them to acquire my residential address.
    
    The winner will, I assume, need to provide Austrlain banking details to collect the prize. So this is just a data gathering exercise from every other entrant.
