  Who do you escalate to in order to chase a refund from Adidas online? I've been waiting three months.

  I've tried calling but the calls get disconnected after 20-30 minute on hold, and their live chat option get disconnected after the agent says 'let me look into it for you'.

    Yep, I just got my refund yesterday after numerous phone calls, and Adidas WILL drag it out up or to the 28 days period they impose it takes to refund.

  It's pretty sad and lame to think that "free shipping for members" is a deal.
  Hey, you would even get free shipping on all Costco online purchases for being a member - Is that a deal?
