Looked into these last month but had bad reviews on product review. Sounds like they result in a lot of gas. Ended up just getting inner health plus.

    • Yeah, I saw the reviews on there too but the chemist warehouse reviews are excellent so it's a bit confusing.

I've tried these and they work wonders for me after a couple of bouts of antibiotics wiped my gut bacteria.

Possibly in the initial period as the 'bad' bacteria dies off and is replaced with the 'good ones
Its a pretty common side effect with any probiotic rich supplement if you have a particularly compromised gut to start with.

      • Thanks for that. Very helpful

      • Curious, if you don't mind me asking, just how long did the "initial period" you mentioned last?

          A week or two

These are a bit of a scam.

The experts know the best way for gut health is fecal transplant. So just hit up your neighbor for some stool samples and if they are half decent they should give them to you for free.

Then you and your partner can work out the best way to get it up there. Might even spice up a loveless marriage but either way an afternoon of free fun.

Maybe for the kids the pills are best though.

    • I guess you can also use these as suppositories without all the embarrassment that comes with asking neighbour’s stool samples for testing & insertion. But if someone is really using them as suppository then they should get probiotics with 20-30 strains & 30-50+ billion CFUs.

    • Thanks for the tip. My wife is pretty regular so that should do the job…

    • Will dog sh!t work……..asking for a friend who doesn't get on with his neighbours.

Sure will. With the added benefit you will be able to snack on those cheap dog food bargains.

  • Kefir ftw
