I had a few credits stacked up and remembered that audible had done an audio drama of the original script of Alien 3, went to pick it up and its now free along with a number of other Alien titles.

Anything narrated by Lance Henrikson gets a thumbs up from me.

Alongside a full cast Michael Biehn reprises his iconic role as Corporal Hicks from the 1986 film Aliens.

    Nice! It looks like most the "Alien: The Novelization" series is free to add to library for subscribers. Weirdly Book 0 isn't included, but books 0.5 through 10 are.

      I would instead recommend the one i'm listening to now; County: Life, Death, and Politics at Chicago’s Public Hospital - about Chicago's County Hospital, the only public hospital in Chicago, from the perspective of a Doctor who worked there from 1978 onward. Very interesting to hear the state of the American public healthcare when ours is comparably amazing.

      I have a few more on my list which I hesitate to recommend until I've heard at least a bit of them, I have high hopes for A People's History of Computing in the United States by Joy Lisi Rankin, which goes into early computer use in America.

    just watched Alient 3 today in the afternoon again with the wife. Nothing beats the original Alien movie!

      Yeah I watched the assembly cut of Alien 3 on Blu-ray the other day, that movie is super underrated!

    I have listened to all the Alien Audio Drama's series They are well done. Not sure the bonus of this Alien 3 Original Script though…….other than for avid fans I suppose?

    Edit: Actually, I listened to the clip. Yeah it would be worthwhile listening to BUT listen to it in the correct order to the others x 4 Dramas.

    Anyone interested in this should check out a podcast called "Cancelled Movie Report" 2 guys take unreleased movies, talk through the script, production, why it never got made. Etc… and then have voice actors do the script whilst they comment on it. It's absolutely brilliant.

    There are a few Alien audiobooks available on Youtube and they are great. Alien: Out of the Shadows is fun to listen to.
