You can't do it online…. The whole point of it is to practice and do it in person so that you can pass the test but also so you actually learn what to do in the unfortunate case you need to utilise the skills learned.

I just googled the course name - there appear to be a number of places offering it online with certificate available that day. Most of the places I looked at were Melbourne based becasue that is where I am, I guess, but there is no reason why you couldn't do it from anywhere in the country.
