Charles Tyrwhitt Physical Mail Spam

I've previously bought CT shirts and now over the last few months, I've been getting their advertisements in the physical mail.

I logged onto the website, and I can see under Mailing Preference BOTH of the options are ticked.

  • Tick here if you do not want to receive email updates about special offers and events.
  • If you'd prefer not to receive mail from selected companies, please check this box.

Is anyone else who have bought CT shirts getting the brochures?

Can you move out? From my experience, only once I've moved out, it stopped. So that's one idea to consider.

Can you return it to sender for a less drastic option?

  • Yeah same here, waste of paper…I get sent the seasonal magazine etc as well.
Opted out of marketing but it still comes through in the mail every few months.

Great shirts, wish they'd save money and not waste marketing on myself

Wait for someone else to send you a reply paid envelope and stuff it in there. I always return reply paid envelopes with other junk - you spam me, I return the favour.

  • I get it too but I never asked to be removed in the hope they will give me a deal.

By the way did anyone order non iron shirts and they crinkle really bad?

  • Yeah, same here, thought i was the only one

Hands up if you were dumb enough to get the shirts delivered to your parcel locker, so now you get an alert from Auspost saying "come get your parcel" and when you get there it's literally something they already emailed you, except printed out, stapled, and wrapped in plastic

You can change your delivery address when you log onto their website so you get the spam right at home :)

Change the delivery address to one of theirs if you can find one? Just don’t forget to change it back if you order something.
