That's how the drugs are delivered in Logan.
No restrictions out that way so is legal.
I'd love it if the chemist would deliver my drugs via drone, it would be so convenient. At the moment they just do Coffee with this one, so I guess that kind of counts.

Logan is one of those places you'd definitely want things delivered by drone, great spot for a pilot location.
They operate in a Canberra suburb too, but don’t know if the free Tim tams are on offer there.

Doesn’t deliver to all addresses unfortunately, seems very hit and miss. Possibly due to suitable landing areas?
