    “Quality brand” of white chocolate imitation: “Snowcap White Buttons” are not ‘white chocolate buttons’ - they contain no cocoa solids and or cocoa butter whatsoever.
    Ingredients:
    Sugar, Vegetable fat [Emulsifiers (Soy lecithin, 492)], Whey powder (Milk), Emulsifier (Soy lecithin).

    Milk chocolate contains only 4% cocoa solids
    Dark chocolate contains only 18% cocoa solids
