        Only real difference I've found is the expensive ones are much easier to swallow. The cheapies start dissolving in your mouth straight away and stick to it as well as give off a bad taste. Should work just as well though

          @groook: Start with a comfortable mouthful of water in your mouth. Slide tablet through your closed lips. Swallow mouthful. Chase with more water if required (but you shouldnt need it).

          @groook: Panamax does the job. Sometimes as low as 99 cents a box for 100. I just chew em, take a swig of Coke or Mountain Dew and that makes them easier to swallow… mmm…. yummy!

          @groook: I've found the same.
          On doctors advice I'm on these daily and find that if i chase with water quick enough i can easily beat that issue.
          It's only on the odd occasion when I'm a little slow it matters.
          A nicer coating would be nice to have, but the price is too attractive to switch back to Panadol.
