My Lithium Watchlist Went up 61.05% Last Week

I put 16 Lithium stocks into my watchlist on SimpleWallSt as I'm long Electric Vehicles and Battery Tech
Last week, after lithium taking a breather for a few weeks, I got an email in my watchlist did 61.05% last week
Basically I'm think that since I have access to free brokerage on Stake I can create a Lithium ETF with a $500 in each of these stock
Let me know if I missed any or anything doesn't belong

    Why are you spreading yourself so thin (i.e., why are you putting small amounts in so many companies)? Is your strategy "spray & pray" or have you curated your list of Li stocks based on unique commercials of each company?

        How often do you plan to rebalance your mini ETF, and what do you expect the rebalancing to cost you?

        Modern Portfolio Theory only works if you rebalance.

      ETFs are structured to spray and pray.

      The top 1% stonks in an ETF carry the gains while the 99% of the junk is just for show.

          It doesn't take much work to pick the top 1% of a fund. Look at the allocation and buy the top performers.

              @Drj55: I buy tops all the time. It's called breakout trading.

              I wait for a breakout at a key resistance with high volume, 25% order, retest resistance flip support with another 25% order and then another 25% order at ATH. SL under last lower high.

              It's basic numbers and patterns that anyone can learn.

    Are you attempting to gain investment advice on high risk small cap exploratory mining stocks through OzBargain?

    My advice is to understand what "exploratory mining stocks" are and the relationship between speculation and price cycles.

    Or just bet the money but realise it's a bet not an investment since you haven't provided any rational for your bets.

    Invest in anything to do with battery & renewable minerals mining & you're on a sure thing.
    USA is about to pass policy for a massive uncapped EV rebate scheme (both new & used EVs)
    Its pretty much the same the world over

    Not sure why SYA is treated as a meme stock. Its up 16 times this year which is not unusual for battery mineral mining stocks. I just missed out LTR 2.5 years ago at 0.03. They're now up over 60 times

    Update on my strategy.
    Up 66% on LPDOB 0.009 to 0.015
    Down 5% on NVX was not a good day to buy in
