In this class we will utilize Dance movement therapy techniques, and breath work to connect to our bodies and allow our movement to flow from our inner intuition, to promote healing, rejuvenation and to release tension, stagnation and limiting beliefs so we can be empowered in our inner and outer world.

    The class isn't usually free, it is a special offer for a few weeks only. Hence why it is a 'deal' and not a forum post :)
