AusPost Delays - AusPost is still experiencing some delays, we recommend choosing Express (free over $200). AusPost states that Express is currently not overnight, but it is faster than standard.

Sale Event Delays - During this event & due to the volume of orders, your order may leave the warehouse later than usual, even if you choose Express. Express orders are prioritised and will still arrive before Standard orders. We recommend ordering early and choosing Express for faster deliveries. Standard orders will still arrive well before Christmas day.

  Pre-orders will prevent your entire order from shipping so place 2 orders if this is an issue.

  Disappointing that pre-order items can't be shipped separately. Placing two orders is cost-prohibitive given that you have to pay extra for shipping.

    We do free shipping over $75 so if both your orders are over $75 you won't pay shipping. Unfortunately it's not possible to provide free shipping for smaller orders. It's a big country.
